In a nutshell, I’m a grateful & lucky wife busy with 2 young boys, a sweet black lab, a growing business, on-going community projects, wonderful clients, and a passionate drive to get the whole world healthy, happy, and excited to spread health wealth to the next generation. I never have enough energy to do all this on my own and I lean heavily on the grace of God, a supportive family, loving friends, and firmly in the grip of my Saviour Jesus Christ.

Mechanical Engineering w/ technical emphasis in: Biomechanics and Biomedical Technologies; Certified Personal Trainer, American Council on Exercise; Certified Group Fitness Instructor, American Council on Exercise; LMA Certified Nutrition Specialist; Co-founder Hays Health Fitness Challenge; Founder LifeSportYouth Program; Owner, Master’s Crossing & Wandeler Wellness Services, Inc.

My philosophy: After many years of experience and thousands of hours with clients from all walks of life, I have learned there is no catch-all-way to successful diet and exercise. Each person has a wonderful gift of uniqueness that excites and motivates me to partner with them for real results and lasting lifestyle benefits. My interest in the technical and passion for the practical have helped many people find a lifestyle that maximizes their quality of life and makes caring for their bodies a joy, not a chore. From a “what you should eat” to a custom designed workout plan, I will work with you to define a fitness and nutrition plan that integrates into your daily routine.
