I have struggled with my weight for about the last seven years. I would start to eat right and exercise and see results, but it always ended the same. I would drop about 30 lbs then gain it right back. I decided I needed help, so I read “You Don’t Have To Be Big To Live In Texas”. Once I started the plan, the inches started flying off. I even saw the scale moving more and more in the favorable direction. I started to notice my clothes becoming looser. Marisa’s plan was simple and easy to follow. Marisa gives options for each meal, making this plan great for anybody that doesn’t have a lot of time. You still get choices; you’re just limited to only healthy options, which is great. The plan is very user friendly and will get you results. All you have to do is stick to it. This e-book has showed me how to make lifestyle changes that will allow me to be a healthier, happier person. I have lost 23% of my body fat and gained 16 lbs of lean muscle. I have also lost several inches all over my body, especially in my waistline. I am very grateful for all the guidance this has given me. I highly recommend Marisa’s plan. It will help anyone reach their health and fitness goals.

Patti WoodI like You don’t have to be BIG to live in Texas! because it gave me a specific guideline as to how to eat. It has increased my intake of vegetables and fruits tremendously. I have learned to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet, and I have lost 20 pounds and have more energy!!  You CAN do it! And if you will stick to it, it will change your eating habits forever.

When I eat according to the program, I do not have sugar cravings.  I actually crave more fruit! Eating the mini-meals has kept me more satisfied during the day. The grocery list and sample menus have been the most helpful part of the book. The q&a helped me too. The sprouted bread and chicken sausage are awesome! I lost about 3 lbs during first 2 weeks. The long-term is around 7 lbs. I also lost inches aTammy Suend I seem to have a lot more energy! You don’t have to be perfect to see results.  Don’t have an “all or nothing” attitude. Start by making a couple of changes and keep striving to improve.

I loved the e-book because well, it was FAST!!!! I saw results quickly in my weight and how my clothes fit. And because I saw a change so rapidly, it was easier to keep it up. I knew within two weeks that if I just did what Marisa told me to do, I would lose those unwanted pounds and feel better about myself. It is key to follow the eating patterns as well. I always ate my snack and I have no doubt snacks play a huge role in your overall lack of hunger and weight loss. I was never hungry because I ate every couple of hours. I am one busy mom, and I still found time to eat all five meals. Everyone can grab an apple, carrots, and a handful of almonds. The best part of the book is its simplicity. It just cannot get any easier than what Marisa has written here for us. I would just use the list of foods to make my grocery list and then just pick one from each category to eat for every meal. In the first couple of weeks I lost at least 5 to 7 lbs. After a couple months, I  reached my goal weight, losing about 20 lbs, and I am more muscular than I have been in my entire life. I encourage anyone who wants to lose some weight and get healthy to try this program. I know how it feels to try something and find out quickly that it is not all it was presented to be. With that in mind, I would never recommend anything or anyone I did not trust completely. Marisa is not only my trainer, but she is now my friend. I assure you that she has the knowledge, skills, and professionalism to assist you in becoming the fit, strong and healthy person you know is inside you.

I liked “You Don’t Have To Be Big To Live in Texas” because it’s easy to follow and VERY satisfying. The most helpful part of the book is the menu options, they are great. The temptation to stray from the plan is completely minimized. The first couple of weeks, I had more energy and felt better overall. Then as I continued, I had more fat loss replaced with lean muscle. I encourage you to try this great e-book. Go for it! You’ll be glad you did. It’s a very healthy way to lose fat and get fit and it works.

I loved how easy it was to pick up the meal plan and shopping list and just run with it…it was all put before me in simple and easy-to-use format!  I loved the quick results!  It is truly a quicker weight loss plan and one that I knewIi could trust and follow without being concerned about getting too much of this or not enough of that nutritionally.

How has it helped you with your eating patterns?

It has taught me to “size up” a meal or a snack pretty quickly and know if this is a protein I should have now or this is a grain I need now or if a fruit or veggie would be better. I can look at what I’ve had for the day and know what comes next.

What has been the most helpful part of the book? The meal plans!

What are your results so far?

When I started the program, I lost 3 pounds a week in the first two weeks and have steadily continued to lose…..for me, the combination of regular cardiovascular exercise and this fat loss program is a “done deal”!

What encouragement do you offer to someone contemplating trying the program?

You can trust Marisa and her staff!  This program works and is balanced and nutritionally sound. If you’re looking to lose weight steadily with an immediate start, this is the program for you….this is the trainer and new friend for you as well! Be blessed!
