I have struggled with my weight for about the last seven years. I would start to eat right and exercise and see results, but it always ended the same. The plan is very user friendly and will get you results. All you have to do is stick to it. This e-book has showed me how to make lifestyle changes that will allow me to be a healthier, happier person. I have lost 23% of my body fat and gained 16 lbs of lean muscle. I have also lost several inches all over my body, especially in my waistline. I am very grateful for all the guidance this has given me. I highly recommend Marisa’s plan. It will help anyone reach their health and fitness goals.

I like You don’t have to be BIG to live in Texas! because it gave me a specific guideline as to how to eat. It has increased my intake of vegetables and fruits tremendously. I have learned to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet, and I have lost 20 pounds and have more energy!! You CAN do it! And if you will stick to it, it will change your eating habits forever.
nd I seem to have a lot more energy! You don’t have to be perfect to see results. Don’t have an “all or nothing” attitude. Start by making a couple of changes and keep striving to improve.
